Pebbles on a beach

Life can be challenging, especially when past experiences continue to shape how you see yourself and relate to others. Maybe you're noticing patterns repeating in your life, or recurring themes of doubt or shrinking yourself to keep the peace. Maybe you can't quite put your finger on it, but you know something has to give. We can start together.

During our sessions, I'll listen closely, without judgment and without rushing you toward easy answers. We'll follow what's actually there: the thought underneath the thought, the feeling you talk yourself out of, the pattern you keep circling back to. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, helping you deepen self-understanding, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.

This isn't about fixing you because you are not broken. It's about creating room for self-discovery and growth. I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you step into confidence and self-acceptance.

Below are a few common concerns I work with, and how I approach each one.

Past experiences don't just live in memory, they shape how we see ourselves and relate to others in the present. Working through trauma means understanding the many reasons behind your thoughts, feelings, and responses. Together, we'll look at the reasons behind your thoughts, feelings, and responses with curiosity instead of judgment, and let self-compassion grow from that understanding. Over time, this builds toward a steadier sense of trust, both in yourself and in the world around you.

If you're struggling with self-esteem, you're not alone. We're surrounded by pressure to be more, do more, prove more, and it's easy to lose sight of your own worth in the process. Self-worth often forms in relationship to others, which means it can also be rebuilt in relationship. Through a collaborative process, we'll work toward deepening your self-understanding and building the kind of self-acceptance that lasts.

Anxiety can leave you feeling stuck, on edge, or unsure how to trust yourself. Together, we'll explore what's underneath it: the thoughts, patterns, and experiences shaping how you feel. This isn't about eliminating anxiety overnight. It's collaborative, gradual work toward resilience and a greater sense of ease.

Finding out later in life that you're autistic or have ADHD can bring relief, grief, and everything in between, sometimes all at once. My approach is to help you make sense of that experience without pathologizing who you are. We'll work together to understand how masking, burnout, and years of misunderstanding may have shaped the way you see yourself, and start building a relationship with yourself that's rooted in acceptance rather than correction. This isn't about becoming someone easier to manage. It's about learning to trust your own mind, exactly as it works.
