I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor.

 

I provide therapy services for individual adults and adolescents 16 years and older. I offer therapy services to adults and youth who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, relational issues and questions of sexuality and gender. 

 

I enjoy working from a psychodynamic, attachment and body-oriented perspective. I see therapy as a process of discovering and understanding more about ourselves. Through therapy, we understand the many good reasons for our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

I am currently completing my PhD in Counselling and Spirituality at Saint Paul University. Before beginning my doctoral studies, I completed my Master’s degree in Counselling and Spirituality at Saint Paul University. My areas of research include supervision, reflective practice and the use of touch in psychotherapy.
